Your body has ways to reduce the amount of semen in cases where too much is being produced without ejaculation. Normally, the urethra (tubing) is controlled so that semen and urine cannot mix or be present at the same time. So I'm not sure if this could be happening or not. Maybe someone else can help! Either way I don't see this as a real problem or one that you should really be worrying about.
