WHOA, its' OK, nothing to worry about. NO, they are not an STD and pose no problem for you at all. Many of us have them and there is really nothing you can do about them. If a girl says anything about them, explain what they are and go on about what you are doing, chances are she won't even notice. Do some research about Pearly Penile Papules and learn everything you can about them and then just act like the rest of us....ignoring that they are there at all!
