So easy for those guys to say don't worry about it, and that it will get better. Try going all day without a piss and see how easy it is not to "sweat the small stuff."

By the way, it has nothing to do with your equipment or being watched or anything... it is a physiological reaction in your body that is trigged by something. There are some guys who can't piss in their own homes if someone is within earshot (myself included).

My advice - talk to your doctor about it (he will know what you are talking about, as it is a condition that actually has a name called Paruresis - and is a known medical condition). In the mean time, use the stall and take all the time you need.
