: I have been having achey testicles and itching also...I noticed when i get out of the shower that there are lumps inside of the right testicle..little lumps that kinda look like the lumps on a soft pretzel on the top,,where the salt lays under it,,well anyway,,i went to the doc and he said i have a yeast infection,,he gave me medicine and i have been using it for about 2months now...they dont itch as bad but i still get aching in the testicles..i recently found out that you can only get a yeast infection if ur a women unless you have had sex with a woman infected with it,,well i am a virgin so what the hell is going on?!..Someone Please help me before i rip my testicles off!
