I'm 21 year old and I got body hair everywhere that annoys the hell out of me 2( though its not noticable on my back). I beleive you should find someone and get it waxed. I did wax my shoulders once and The result were amazing. Best of all, it wouldnt grow back for weeks. Just use microwave wax. I know the probelm isn't getting the wax, its getting someone to do it :)
