My scrotum turned red about 6 weeks ago. I have been treating with jock itch cream, lotrimin etc... These over the counter treatments do NOT change the condition. I have seen my Dr. (lazy hmo loser) 3 times now for this problem, he repeatedly tells me its jock itch and to keep using the OTC creams. I have read dseveral bits of literature that state jock itch does NOT affect the scrotum. Do you or anyone you know have a solution to my red scrotum problem? other symptoms include burning or hot feeling and sometimes itchy.
