It's prostatic fluid, as I recall - a normal component of ejaculate (it's
the carrier/medium for sperm, which need something to
carry them and to buffer the vagina's pH to a suitable value
thet will let them survive long enough to travel into
the uterus and up to the Fallopian Tubes).
Yes, it can contain small amounts of sperm. There seems to be some
dispute about whether the pre-ejaculate can cause pregnancy,,...
but I wouldn't take the chance - use contraception and don't rely
on withdrawal before ejaculation - if that is your question.
