Is something wrong with me??????

I don't even really know how to explain this, but I will try my best. For the past few months, I have been very moody- letting the slightest things get me exceptionally mad. It is taking a toll on me, my husband, my kids, my friends, ect........ I feel bad afterwards and realize I shouldn't have gotten so angry, but at the moment, I can't help it. I am a healthy 25 yr old female- no known problems. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
