You must have some built up sadness/anger from something you have not worked out. We can get into habits of negative emotions, too.
Try finding a caring councelor or friend to talk about things with. Before you know it, you may feel OK again.
We can't suppress one emotion and still feel the others. Learn to express what you go through, verbally. You may not feel it til you say it a few times. I have had to work up to allowing myself to feel my emotions, too. It can be done, just start talking...even if you start by talking out loud just to yourself or God. The emotions are there, you just have been holding back. It is OK to feel!
