I don't know.... for me when I'm depressed usually I don't feel like talking to people.... but if I DO talk to somebody I usually do feel better afterwards. But maybe your depression is more severe than the depressions I sometimes have, I don't know... well I hope on this board you'll find some answers! Kathrin
