my ex-husband would go through episodes of complete mania along with violence. he liked to throw things, punch walls. he has been like this practically most of his life. i stayed with him many years but i could no longer mentally take his out of control behaviors. he refused to seek help. does this sound like bipolar disorder?? i am his friend now and i still want him to get help. any suggestions??
