Kristina, either way... the idea with the letter is in case that you either feel embarrassed to just
begin talking (maybe I just write this because I am that way sometimes) OR are afraid you
might not find the right words and want take time to prepare a letter... of course you will still
have to talk about it... no WHATEVER FEELS BETTER for you, the idea with the letter was to
maybe make it less stressful for YOU, but then of course I don't know you that well. Just
whatever feels better.
Really it is great that you want to talk to them and get help, I am prying for you that you will
get real help and feel better (a LOT better I hope) soon. I'm ON YOUR SIDE whatever
happens ok, you've got friend here...
