maybe even look up the number of a local crisis line / suicide prevention line.. thre you can
speak anonymously about what you are going through... hang in there, please, bad times
DO NOT last forever. Please believe me, that thought itself, that it will last forever is a symptom
of depression.. it feels like it won't get bettr, but IT WILL.
Again, hang in there. Please write back. Help is available, but you do have to reach out for it.
