I can always tell when I am going to have a headache because it always starts in the neck.
When I feel it coming on if I pop my neck it usually goes away. However, there are plenty of times that it does not go away and after popping my neck it becomes very painful and I have to go to bed and put ice on my head and hope to fall asleep so that the pain hopefully will be gone when I wake up.
The problem is that if I don't pop my neck I will have the headache anyway and it is almost always on one side of the head and above the eyeball onthe same side.
Any advise out there.
