Well, it may cost you your life, but I guess if you don't care what it costs... Your body is harboring calories by lowering your metabolism as your body IS starving. You have done serious harm to your metabolism.
It will not be fast or easy to undo the problem.
You must eat adequate calories, and may gain at first while your body rebalances. Get a doctor's help.
