You say you are afraid you might hurt yourself again... do you mean you have suicidal feelings?
Please if you feel suicidal call a suicide hotline ok... these feelings usually come up if
you have run out of ways to cope... what you really need to do is find new coping strategies.
Talk to somebody and talk about these feelings. They can also be a symptom of depression,
which is a treatable illness.
The symptoms you describe can be from a number of disorders, you should really have that
checked out. They are most probably well treatable.
