Ok about five years ago somebody mad me madd and a picture of me slapping the crude out of him flashed in my mind,i shook it off and didn't think much more about it until it happend again but now it's every time i just talk to someone it goes through my mind i made an appointment with a doctor but they can't get me in right away is there any chance that i'm going to follow through with these thoughts cause i really really don't want to hurt anyone thankyou
