I take 20 mg of Zyprexa a day and have gained 20 pounds. I have recently discovered that taking 400 mcg of chromium picolinate a day curbs my appetite and keeps me from craving carbohydrates. I suspect that Zyprexa depletes chromium or hinders chromium absorption. I have yet to find out if the chromium will help me lose weight.
