Multi-symptom Nightmare

Hi,

Any insight that anyone has concerning these problems would be greatly appreciated. I have been diagnosed with various problems ranging from anxiety to depression to borderline personality disorder. I have taken all kinds of prescriptions to try to alleviate the symptoms (to no avail). I have been in "remission" from the symptoms until recently and now they are back worse than ever. My doc wants to put me on Zoloft, but I am not really all that thrilled about wanting to start a new drug. I have problems sleeping (too anxious to sleep), with anxiety attacks (panic attacks), and thus I have become depressed. This morning, I woke up and had a new symptom--vertigo. My bedroom was spinning around. Last night I had an anxiety attack where I got really nauseous and extremely hot -- like a hot flash. If anyone has had success in treating these symptoms or may be able to provide any insight at all, I would very much appreciate it. I feel like I am going crazy.
