Anyone patients negleted by a Dr. M. Berman in Baltimore?

I am looking for anyone who was mistreated by a Dr. Merrill Berman (psychiatrist). I had been seeing him for over a year and he many times would not show up for his appointments or would cancel the same day. I was in a postition where I was not able to go to another doctor. So I had to continue seeing him. Recently, I had to be hospitalized for major depression, anxiety, and OCD because my medication was not being monitored. My situation got worse. I made repeated attempts to contact him. Since my emergency, he has not returned my phone calls. I had no choice but to go to the hospital. The hospital did not believe me when I told them my situation. They assumed it was "me" who was not keeping appointments. This added insult to injury. I had to suffer because of this doctor's neglect. What he did was malpractice in my opinion. Anyone else who was or is his patient that has endured this abuse?
