I switched from Serzone to Paxil. Although serzone helped with depression, i always felt tired and fatigued. Even if i took it all at night. Often times i would see spots in periphrial vision. If it doesn't get better for you soon move on to another; i took it for apx. 2 years prior to switching to paxil.
