I heard it takes about a good three weeks to a month to actually start losing the weight but it does happen eventually. I went totally off of it for a week and the sleep thing hit me pretty hard so I started taking trazodone to help me sleep and it work pretty well but some of my depression symptoms started creeping back upon me so I went back to 15mg every other night. I gained 40 pounds and have managed to lose 10 while still on remeron with major diet and exercise and have not been able to lose anymore.I still have 30 to go and it has been a major bummer in my life lately. I wake up in the morning and realize that I am still fat and it can really rough. The best of luck to you!! :)
