I gained 10 pounds on Depakote and Zyprexa. My doc wants to put me on Topamax with my Depakote. I hear some people lose weight by taking Topamax. What is your experience with Topamax? How much weight did you lose, how soon, did you have to diet and exercise to lose it or was it automatic? Did you lose the weight as a Depakote/Topamax combo, or was Topamax your sole mood stabilizer, and that's what caused the weight loss. Any information you can provide me on your experience with Topamax would be great. Thanks!
