I will pray for you and your family. I know what it is like to lay and watch the rest of your family live. I am a mother of three and I felt so disconected from them, that itself was an awlful feeling let alone all of the other symptoms. I am here to tell you that is does go back to normal, not over nite but it will. I prayed sometimes 5 times a day for God to give me back my normal life but he had to take me through depression to make me realize a lot of things. When I was first diagnosed with severe depression I could hardly make it down the hallway to the bathroom without feeling faint. Now when I'm taking that 2 mile walk, I look up at the sky and praise the Lord for all that I have and I will do everything possible to never be there again.
