Tourettes? and ocd

Hi,
I have ocd/depression/anxiety, and tourettes but to an extent which I can control and not do in public. Mainly right now bothering me is blinking and squinting my eyes, and I will do it so much I make myself sick and worn out. I have had it all my life and I am now 21. I take paxil for ocd. I am ready to kick this tourettes out of my life, can anyone suggest where to start, what to take, what to do to start getting this under control? I feel like I can be stronger than giving into my impulse to blink or do a tick.
A few of the medicines mentioned to curb the ticks sound dangerous because of the side effects such as liver damage? I am not sure though. I know tourettes is not talked about much, but I am sure there are others out there like me.
