It's sounds like you have bipolar 11 ,meaning that the highs aren't quite as pronounced as classical mania. The feelings of anger are called dysphoria, a sort of anxiety with hypomania. My cousin had the same problem as you. See a doctor, a mood stabilizer like depakote should be helpful
