Thanks again to those who answered to my "losing it" post. I did talk to my therapsit about it, but as I expected, he mostly let me talk and focused very much on psychodynamics (he is from that school. I am not sure if I agree with everyhting - I am a psych student ymself. But on campus therapy iot's free so I don't have much choice). He asked me how anger was dealt with in my family and stuff like that. I didn't have the courage to ask him if it could be soemthing wrong in my brain chemistry. Oh well.. maybe next week. I feel ok now... Kathrin
