KC I only tried Zoloft for 3 days so I can't really say a lot about side effects. I felt kind of spacey and tired and wired at the sam etime, but maybe I imagined it... also I fell asleep in the afternoon for only one hour and thought it was the next day when I woke up. But I stopped after 3 days anyway, not because of any side effects, but just because I thought I didn't really need it (and alos because of all the side effects I read about on the internet).
I never tried Same, but I took 5-htp for a while.
