: What bothers me in life is the fact that I'm always dizzy which makes me really scared. I can't go anywere, because of that dizzyness.
: A also got it at night. Docters can't do a thing for me and mediaction won't work.
: I tried relaxation therapie, but the dizzyness and stress does not go away. I'm going on for 7 years now and really want to give up.
: That is why I asked for 'escaping' so I can relax for a moment and forget everything.
It has been proven that vitamin defienciency and stress go hand in hand. I myself had been suffering from panic attacks for 6 months. The first month I sought help through a psychiatrist and was immediately put on zoloft and xanex. When I had tried to stop taking the xanex because of the addictave side effects, the zoloft didn't help. For 6 months I have suffered and am just now recovering. Doctors are now taught to prescribe medications for your symtoms instead of treating whats causing the dizziness and stress. They make more money when you have to keep coming to see them to find out what's wrong, so instead of treating you, they keep you coming back. I reccomend the book, "All your heath questions answered naturally" by Maureen Kennedy Soloman. This book is a true friend. It tells you the symtoms, and what you can do to cure yourself. Don't let anyone tell you it's all in your head. It's not. Hope this helps.
