new to board...can anyone relate? hoarding, ocd, and zoloft.....

i just discovered this board. i have ocd and checking habits...i constantly hoard things (food, pens, scissors, scotch tape, socks).
and i am now having trouble with compulsive shopping. i am on 200mg of zoloft one a day.
can anyone relate to this insanity? i dont know where to go to even try to get help. we just moved to oregon from the bay area and i dont know
where to find folks who can understand what i am going through. the ocd has gotten worse in the past couple
of months. and i am to the point i dont want to leave the house. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

it has been great reading your posts on bad thoughts, bdd, and the different meds yall have tried. it is nice to know i am not alone with this mess.
