Bradley, this sounds a lot like Schizophrenia. You might do a search on schizophrenia on the internet, there's lots of information. But visual and auditory hallucinations are quite common in this disorder. Usually the "persons" that they "see," as well as the voices that they hear are mean and viscious. Sometimes they're friendly but usually not. It is a serious disorder that (I think) usually progresses over time. There are medicines used to treat this disorder. If she has not already, she needs to seek treatment, at least talk to a psychiatrist.
