Hello people, I have had bipolar disorder since I was 15 yrs old and
have been taking lithium since I was 20 yrs old. I am
now 30 and would like to find anyone out there who
has managed to get off prescription medications such
as lithium and use other therapies to help themselves. If you can help me with information or websites please
