In most cases, mental illness is a metabolic disorder that is caused by salt and or fat restriction. Salt, aka, sodium chloride metabolizes our food, regulates body fluids and makes the body's electrolytes. Restriction reduces the volume of blood, causes malabsorption and malnutrition which will eventually destroy all organ systems.
The esential fatty acids of vegetable oils , nuts, avocados etc.lower blood cholesterol, metabolize fat, transmit brain and nerve signals and carry the fat soluble vitamins A,D,E and K. A deficiency may result in impaired absorption of calcium and magnesium which is associated with muscle cramps, carpopedal spasm, bone pain, fractures, osteoporosis and neurologic disorders. A long term fat deficiency causes the gall bladder to shrivel and atrophy. The brain, kidneys and other organs will suffer the same fate. Guidelines recommend 400 calories of the EFA fats and 200 calories of saturated fats from animal products. This equals about 64 grams.
Public Health adopted this policy in 1980 and the media became saturated with food and drug messages advising us to restrict salt and fat. This policy is mandated at school cafeterias, retirement homes, Meals on Wheels etc. Residents in retirement homes develop Alzheimer's disease within less than two years. It takes only a few weeks for children to develop attention deficit disorder.
Public Health harvests its victims all year long. However, it has major screenings in October and May. Millions of Americans have been placed on disability and they will die unless this fraud is exposed.
