I have had the same problem in the past. Unfortunatley I wasnt taking very good care of myself and I was not sleeping or eating right. It takes it's toll on you. I actually got to the point where I had to endure "sleep paralysis" in which I would wake up completley paralyzed, unable to move or breathe or scream and I would hear and see things from my dreams.
Talk to your doc, but the first thing you should do is make sure you get enough vitamins in your diet, dont eat late at night and get on a regular sleep schedule. Melatonin is also an herb that promotes a good nights sleep. It helped me.: Hi,
: For a while now, I have had trouble falling asleep. The problem usually is that I hear these voices.... I think it's probably just thoughts racing around in my mind.
: But I don't seem to have control over them. Sometimes it's like I hear part of a conversation of someone in my head. It's usually totally disjuncted, and doesn't make a whole lot of sence.
: Does anyone know what I'm talking about.. or have any idea what this is?: matt
