You may need to see a pdoc [psychiatrist] as a step toward helping yourself and your relationship. It's possible you may need medication or therapy or both. It is difficult, putting so much pressure on your wife due to your own insecurities. You can change that with some help. I wish you the best.
: Can anyone relate to OCD being focused on their relationship ? My problem seems to be focused on my marriage and wether or not my wife smiles enough... tells me she loves me every five minutes .....holds my hand all the time etc. without a constant show of affection my mind goes into the what if's ....what if she doesnt love me anymore etc..... this is destroying me and my marriage. can anyone relate ?
