I've had a probelm for several years with picking at my skin. It's been suggested to me by a therapist that it has something to do with being sexually abused as a child (which I was) and also may have to do with repressing my own sexual energy, due mostly to anti-depressant drugs. Does anyone else who picks have an opinion about this? I'd really appreciate hearing from others with this frustrating problem.
