i refuse to be labelled "bi-polar"

I think it is a load of crap, personally. I have had circumstances in
my life that would make ANYONE depressed. I grew up with a lot of physical abuse,
neglect, etc. Just because I've been unhappy about my situation on and off
for the past 10 years does not mean I'm bi-polar. Yes, I've made some moves
that I guess make me seem manic but in general I do not get hyper, do not stay
up for hours, do not do things out of the blue, etc.

I am not suicidal. I have better things to do with my life.
