Hello, my name is Bonnie Floyd. My interests in MS are both personal and professional. In 1993, I was diagnosed with relapsing-remitting MS. I am currently a doctoral candidate in Clinical Health Psychology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Yeshiva University.
I am completing my dissertation research on changes in the severity of MS symptoms across the menstrual cycle.
Premenopausal women, who have received a definite MS diagnosis, are still needed for this research project; women with any type of MS are eligible to participate.
This consists of completing a questionnaire packet, at two different points during the monthly cycle. If you would like to participate, please provide your name and mailing address; I'll send you a questionnaire packet to complete and return to me, along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Your responses will remain confidential. I may be reached at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you, in advance, for your attention to this request. You will be able to receive a summary of this project's results upon its completion. Sincerely, Bonnie J. Floyd, M.A.
