: Hello, I do have some kind of tongue cramping and jaw pain..The tongue problem is so hard to describe, it dosent' hurt it just feels constantly tight, it is so annoying..please rite back and let me know what your symptoms are and what you have been dignosed with..I don't have MS that I know of. You may have success with the use of bone meal for this discomfort. Just take 2-3 bone meal tablets with breakfast for a few days and you should get relief. Another approach is to use warm compresses to both jaws as often as you are able (at least 4 times daily) and use Tylenol Arthritis or anti-inflammatory around the clock for a period of one week. If you try either of these, please write your response to these methods. I didn't use the initial method mentioned but did do the second one with much success. I didn't spend the money for the bone meal. Good Luck.
