: DOES ANYONE GET HEADACHES THAT FEEL LIKE PRESSURE INSIDE YOUR BRAIN? I GET HEADACHES THAT GET WORSE WHEN I STAND UP OR GO DOWN. DOES THIS MEAN ANOTHER PLAQUE IS FORMING? AM I JUST FREEKING OUT AND OVERREACTING? WHEN I GET THESE HEADACHES MY EYESIGHT GETS WORSE. I HAVE ALREADY DONE A STEROID TREATMENT AND HAD A REACTION THAT ALMOST KILLED ME SO I DON'T WANT TO DO THAT AGAIN IS THE EYESIGHT THING JUST SOMETHING I HAVE TO DEAL WITH? I AM PRETTY NEW TO THIS MS THING ONLY BEEN DIAGNOSED FOR A LITTLE OVER A MONTH SO I DON'T REALLY KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT. ANY ADVICE OR COMMENTS ARE MUCH NEEDED, THANKS
Well I can empathise with that description ..of the headaches and of the reaction to steriods...me too.
I have had MS for 2 years and have been on interferon for 18 months...which helps.
But I still get the headaches...and they are painful.Ibruprofen helps...inflammation.You are not developing another plaque .The headache is just a form of neuralgia.....which you get with MS.I am more likely to get these type of headaches around the time of my period or when I have been overdoing things.
Top tip on the eyes thou....take Bilberry capsules ...I take two in the morning and two at night....they help.(world war two fighter pilots where given them to help their eyesight).
