: Has anyone tried the products mentioned above on any kind of long term basis-say, six months or more, and if so, what were the improvements or results??
-------------------------------------------
I have been taking a lot of different supplements with my non-gluten diet program, including EFA's omega 3 and 6 flax and fish oils, b, c, d and e vitamins, grape seed extract and coenzyme anti-oxidants, lecithin, various minerals, etc. When I don't take them, after a few days my symptoms of numbness, headaches etc. seem to reocur.

Lots of people who are doing well with MS list which nutrients have helped them for various reasons on their websites (B vitamins and magnesium for nerves, grape seed extract, berries and grapes and pycnogenols for protecting brain sheathing, etc. each has its own purpose, apparently) including:

Judy Graham's book on MS, Betty's House website on MS, Glenna's natural approach to MS, and Dr. Ashton Embry's Ms Website.

When I take supplements consistently I definitely feel more normal and my whole body feels better. I can't speak for anyone else but they've been extremely important to my well being.
