Kate, I have found that acupuncture really helps me with weakness in my legs. I have five treatments usually and I can really fell a difference in my walking. Acupuncture
kate,I have had acupuncture treatments for weakness in my legs and I find them very helpful.It's safe and painless and the benefits can be great.The spasms you are having could be helped by acupuncture because the nerve endings are irritated.Acupuncture sends an electrical current to your nervous system to reduce the irritation.Get a reputable accupuncturist, preferably a doctor of Chinese medicine.
