Heather - I've had no experience with Copaxone but have taken Betaseron and now Avonex. With them the delay causes no problem. You are suppose to take a shot as soon as as you realize you have missed it. i try to take it at the same time of day but if not, there is no problem if the intervals are not exact. Sorry I can't give more info specific to Copaxone.
