: Has anyone have any information regarding treating MS using Tai-Chi and other eastern medicine practices. Any information would be very apreciated, thank you Alex
I am curious about TAI- CH also..i can tell ya that the trans meditation does help me every day
to stay more focused, relax me before i go to sleep and alleviate my stress..and the pain and spaims and twitches in my legs and back...i also use aroma therapy..as i am not on any medication yet...and all of this does seem to help when the symptoms are driving me crazy..esp my spasims and leg twiches....and i did read info somewhere that this stuff in conjunction with medication prescibed by your doc can help some folks...when i talk to my doc next week i will ask him about..cause it sounds like a neat relaxation technique...hmmm now if only i could maintain some sense of balance to stay on my feet long enough to move like that.lol..sorry just joking on myself....:)..hey i gotta keep a sense of humor bout myself hope my joke did not offend..anyone Smiles...Mel..
