: i have been diagnosed with ms for 2 years. i recently noticed that the muscle size of my calves has decreased. is this due to the ms? what can i do to stop this process. i worry that i will become too weak to walk?
I HAVE HAD A GRADUAL SHRINKAGE IN MY THIGHS
OVER THE PAST 10 YEARS. I HAVEN'T FOUND A WAY
GET BACK WHAT I'VE LOST, BUT WATER THERAPY IN
A COOL POOL HAS HELPED. I HAVE FOUND THAT I CAN
JOG IN PLACE FOR AWHILE WITH WATER BEING ABOUT
BREAST HIGH. THIS HAS SLOWED THE DETERIORIATION
BUT HAS NOT COMPLETELY HALTED IT.
