Please Help

I'm so scared. I have posted before but desperately need advice. About two or three months ago I began getting a funny tingling/numb/pins and needles feeling in my left arm. It came and went and would be worse if I say lay on it in bed etc. Soon it spread to my left leg, then my right leg then my right arm. Now it is all over my body. My chin, my tongue, my adbomen. It's such a weird feeling - this vague skin numbness that comes and goes and moves from place to place. Sometimes there's nothing, then all of a sudden both palms will feel funny for instance. I was on Celexa when it began and know it is possibly a side effect. I am coming off the drug (slowly) but am just so worried that it's MS.

I'm 31 and female.

Can anyone help?
