I dont know about help, but I can tell you that I was diagnosed 18 months ago with relapsing remitting MS. I all started with tingling in my feet, then arms, hands, body.....then to top it all off, I lost my eyesight for two weeks.
I have my eyesight back now, but have never lost the tingling feeling in my arms. I have relapsed three times since first being diagnosed, but have regained all function apart from my arms.
Just try to look on the bright side. I know its hard,but eventually there will be a cure.
