I am 28 female. been experiencing chest discomfort for almost 9 months now. always the feeling of need to take deep breaths. always feel breathless. tightness and in upper chest and lower throat area. always feel heavy in chest. seen chest physician, done numerous scans and now waiting for MRI spine from T4 downwards. i am scared of MS. when things get worse, my sternum is painful too with lots of crackling noise. my upper back will become painful too. Some pressure points at the back are painful when pressed. Thinking that it could be some sort of spasms. Thinking that it could be MS. Any advise from anybody. I am desperate for help and am extremely worried. Thank you, and god bless everybody.
