I'm no expert, but to me this sounds like anxiety and tension. I have this myself and know of so many others too - way too many for us to all have some serious illness. Have you ever have physiotherapy? They loosen and massage all of those painful pressure points and it makes such a difference. (It hurts while they do it - but after a couple of sessions can totally fix it).
