New Job...Should I tell them I have MS?

I was diagnosed with MS 6 months ago and, although my symptoms are extremely mild at present, I have got a new job which is less physically strenuous as my current one. I was wondering whether I was legally bound in any way to inform them about my diagnosis. I will joining the companies pension scheme aswell. Are there any implications there?
